Washing adidas trainers

Dh has got them really filthy. They have some kind of suede, which probably doesn't lend itself to washing. I don't want to bin them but they are in a really grim state.

If the alternative is to bin them, you might as well try washing them on a low temperature (in a trainer laundry bag or a pillowcase), then use a suede brush on them.

For suede shoes i don't think washing them would be the best idea. Maybe try this shoe cleaner with a cleaning brush, that should clean the trainers right up without damaging the suede material.

Try one of those white magic eraser sponges.

Oh I love a pair of dirty trainers to clean up! BlushGrin

If they've got suede on them, I wouldn't put them in the machine. I usually use a bit of liquid soda crystals on an old tooth brush for the soles and trim and you could use a suede brush and cleaner too.

Thanks. I will try soda crystals first!
