Powder paint out of clothes?

DD2 and DS have returned home from a week away trip. During it they have been a part of a massive powder paint/dye "colour chaos"

HOW do I get this out of their shirts? (and underpants [grins])

they had fun though so I guess if I cant then they will just have to accept it. Both was wearing shirts with more than 1 colour on them. So I cant bleach.

Soaking in cold water and washing up liquid first
If you wash it the heat will set the paint and it will never come out
Some powder paint colours never come out, especially the purple and red

Worked pretty good thank you. A small stain by the arm opening for the top. The top came out really good So pretty happy
