Scratches on hearth matt tiles - help!

So the inevitable happened and ds has pushed the washing basket over the hearth multiple times whilst I was out of the room and now there are white scratches on our lovely black matt hearth tiles.

Anyone been in a similar situation and found a solution??!

I'm not sure what they're made of unhelpfully... Thanks!

Is the white on top or has he scratched through the surface of the tile?
If it's from the basket, try a rubber first. Then progress to a magic sponge if that doesn't help.
If he's gone through the top layer, all you can do is try to 'colour it in' with a similar colour pen, or otherwise replace the tiles.

the user above has got a point, if you can't get rid of the scratch marks with a rubber or magic sponge then i would recommend using this product to color over the scratched tiles.
