How is it with dog hair, lamninate, carpet? Need to get a vacuum now as old one packed up and tempted by the miele solution hepa thing but henry so much cheaper.

Surely I can't be expected to buy one today without mumsnet saying I should.

Does it have a silly grin that doesn't go away even if you fall down the stairs with it?

I dont have a henry but a goblin, and it is shit for dog hair but pretty good with everythign else on carpet. My friend has a golden retriever and whenever they come to stay I have to hoover about 4 or 5 times to get the hair up, and he is only here for a few hours!

However, would rather hoover more often than pay shedloads for new hoover...depends how 'sheddy' your dog is!

The dogs arent allowed on the carpet area. The Henry micro has a hepa filter on it and endorsed by allery foundation.
