Up in smoke - next door's builders are on the puff at 9am.

Would you be worried if you walked out of the house to take your child to school to find the builders doing next door's loft extension having a spliff? It's not so much the drugs I mind, more the fact that they might get things wrong.

I would imagine that smoking a spliff that early in a morning means they smoke it regularly, therefore they probably rarely make mistakes as they would be used to the affects. I would say more of the fact of they would feel less inclined to get any work done at all, or at a slower pace.

But thats just my opinion, could you not have a word with your neighbours?
