You can get them in Wilko, Dunelm, Lakeland, Amazon. My dad got me one, so that's how I found out about them.

Roll it up, take it down and soak the whole thing in the bath in hot water & biological washing powder for a few hours. Then, drain the water & stand the blind up in the bath, on end with a towel underneath it so it doesn't slip and scratch the bath. Rehang once dry.
No scrubbing involved.
