Charcoal stick marks on waterproof coat

Hi, my little girl has the most beautiful waterproof coat and she's stained it quite badly with charcoal stick. I've washed it as per the care label instructions (30 degrees). Some of the stains haven't come out. Can anything be dome?

Your best bet would be to try this waterproof cleaner it's a non detergent cleaner that can be used on jackets to clean out stains without damaging the water repellency of the jacket. This should easily get the charcoal stick stain out of your daughters jacket.
