i wrecked ours with Mr Sheen and Windowlene

luckily the insurance paid for it to be repaired and i now know to clean it with a clean damp muslin cloth and wipe immediately afterwards with a clean dry muslin cloth

You can get spirit-infused wipes to use on them, should be okay.

Apparently dabbing milk on (and off) will get rid of ink marks.

an E-cloth (microfibre) and water, wring out until barely damp.

DD 'cleaned' ours with a babywipe. aRGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH ! The smears did eventually fade after furious rubbing with a dry microfibre cloth

BettySpaghetti · 23/01/2007 14:38

we had a special cloth that came with ours (an e-cloth?) that you just use dampened with water.

itsmeNDP · 23/01/2007 14:39

I think ours came with a cloth too but it was so small, like the ones you get from the opticican to clean your specs that I threw it away.

LOL at the thought of you cleaning the telly with a miniscule cloth ndp

itsmeNDP · 23/01/2007 14:41

It was honestly that tiny. Useless

Thanks do looks like damp micro fibre cloth is the way to go, will be on it as soon as I can get them off the playstation
