QUICK - Primark towels

I'm going to Primark today and thinking of getting some towels.

Total waste of money?

Or not bad for cheap towels?

Their beach towels are gorgeous this year. Really thick and soft. But the ones I bought from them eight years ago are still going strong.

I've also washed primark towels at 90 and just like the twirls they are still great.

Got teatowels from there in 2005- still going strong!

I wash them at 60, and sometimes 90

I need new towels (and bedding). Primark, here I come!

They're mahvellous, Primark won the Good Housekeeping award for best towel (that award is someone's life :)) in 2012; I bought three and they have lasted better than the Peter Jones towels. Much better colours too - really big, really chic.

So does everyone wash their towels at 90? What about sheets?

I bought a black bath sheet for when I had DS, he's 16 months & its still fluffy & is washed at 60-90 degrees.

Their lights are really good, I have them all over the house.
I have reversible bedding from there & love it.
Their homeware is really good, I love trying out the different candles.

Agree towels, bedding and candles all excellent value for money. My primark hotel quality white bedding is still going after years of use as are my towels from there, unlike other brands which feel a bit limp.

I have bought some plain white bedding for dd and it has washed as well as my white company things.

I spent ages in m&s yesterday debating the difference between 3 slightly different white bath towels and didn't even buy any. Then today I saw this thread! Maybe it's a sign...

Yes caked - towels, bedding, tea towels and microfibre cloths all go in together at 90..

I also love their bath mats. The 100% cotton ones are fab but the memory foam and chenille are good too.

I need a Primark visit soon. It's such a shame they don't do online shopping.
