Wooden floors - mopping/cleaning etc.

We have some wooden floors and wondered if anyone has any particular recommendations for the best products for cleaning/mopping them. I tend to need to wash/mop at least twice a week due to heavy traffic and having a dog. It's not a large area, so doesn't take long. I am not sure if regular "Flash" floor cleaner is the best idea as over time I am worried it would take the sheen off the surface.

I saw these Method products in John Lewis, and wondered if anyone had used them. They are no water which just feels odd when cleaning the floor ! But get fantastic reviews, so comments on these or any other similar products gratefully received.

TIA

Hey,

Dirtbusters do a lovely eco friendly natural soapy wooden floor wash Use with a mop. This cleaner won't take the sheen off the floor. As for the method cleaning product am not sure how good it is as i've never used it but i have used there other cleaning products and i haven't been disappointed.

Thanks

I just use a steam mop thingy.. kills bacteria without using any products.
