Help! Anyone hadan ikea folklig induction hob that locked for no reason?

It's locked abd I cant unlock.it
Dh away (obv) so I can't look.underneath for the serial number (herniated disc inback...can't lift)
I've tried everything it suggests in the book to no avail and even been online....nothing.
Help!!!!

Just in case anyone else had this problem.,,
I sorted it by turning the job off at the socket for a couple of mins
