Good, but cheap-ish espresso machine.

Trying to find a good espresso machine under around £50 for a Father's Day
present. I'd also like a milk frother included. No luck yet, though. Is it very important to have 15 bar pressure also? I'm a bit of a novice, I'm afraid, here! Any recommendations?

Went down to my local Lidl and there were stacks of espresso machines. I am so pleased as it was 15 bar pressure and just under 50 quid. Thanks hidden aspire!
