Right. DD1 has given her nappies to Father Christmas. She has done really well... until a couple of days ago when she wet the bed!
I washed it with soapy water and used antibacterial Febreze but theres still a smell!
So what can I do to get rid of it?
TIA!

make sure u use a mattress protector in future! (yopu can get them in wilkinsons for just £2!)

bicarb on the bit left for a few hours then hoovered off works to an extent

I would get the bigger bottle i think its £5.49 and you have to make the area really wet to soak into the wee, its great on carpets too

can i recommend a waterproof mattress protector and a mothercare bed pad thing....

cause i find that when they wet they normally miss the pad some how.... or at least the pad only catches some of it, and some leaks out the side

personally i would make up the bed like this....

waterproof matress protector
sheet
bed mat (or anotehr waterprrof mattress protector
sheet

(the top sheet being there to keep the mat in the right place.... cause without a sheet they seem to wiggle the mat into the wrong place )

Or you could use waterproof terry sheets, a couple on top of each other.... but be wary of tumble drying them... cause i find that after only a few tumbles the plasticy backing stuff seems to get progressivle worse!
