Red wine stains on Glass decanter

Any ideas hugely appreciated. Tried those magic balls from JL, Nope. Also white wine vinegar. Nope. It'll be black by the time Ds is 18 at this rate!

What about vinegar with a few grains of rice added to agitate the stain? Has worked fo rme in the past. Can't remember if it was wine vinegar - might have been the brown stuff.
