I love them and jhave just bought 2, but before I go back for more, are they a nightmare?!

Are they just 'for show' cushions? Do the hairs fall out/get all matted if you lie on them?

tghe hairs dont fall out of mine, but they have gone a bit matted, and since they cant be machine washed one is looking very grubby and the other was binned months ago after a dt poured juice all over it.

You should have seen my shampooing 2 big sheepskin cushions before Xmas - it was like bathing a sheep !
I used a hairdryer to help with the drying too

Mine are synthetic so go in the machine, but do need brushing afterwards to stop them looking matted.

Bloody nightmare IME!

Shed fibres everywhere and were a no no if I was wearing any dark clothes!

I threw all of mine out because the mice started nesting in them!

lol

I shoukd have read the label really - they are 100% wool and leather so I guess they wouldn't survive the washing machine. They are black though so I'm hoping a quick brush will keep them in order!
