On Monday night we had chicken for tea. I chopped up the raw chicken on a plastic board before throwing chicken in the pan.
Somehow I have managed to forget to wash the board and knife! Just discovered them. Ahhhh!
How should I clean them? Can I clean them?
Am imagining thousands of germs multiplying over the board. Am I being crazy?
I have sprayed anti back spray all over board. Will it be ok if I wash it thoroughly in very hot soapy water?
Im usually so careful with chicken..oops!
