It's a website that tells you how to get your arse into gear and achieve daily house stuff, think it's called www.flylady.net - something like that. So you have daily tasks like cleaning the fridge out, etc.

It also advocates that you always get dressed first thing including your shoes so that you are motivated to get on with stuff as opposed to lolling on the setee in your slobs, necking brews and typing on mn!!!

A lot on mn have said they find it pretty useful, I think it probably takes a while to get into.

Oh, thank you, Cappucino. I must admit to being a bit intimidated by the lists of things achieved on the fly thread. I know you are all very nice, ladies, but I am in awe!

FWIW, I'm finding that the daily missions on Flylady are useful for pointing out specific things that I could do to reduce the amount of cr*p in my home. And some of the daily routine stuff is useful.

I usually lurk on the FLY thread as I'd rather do stuff than type a list but it works for some people so I'm not going to knock it.
I find the Zones idea very useful and try and do the mission most days.
I've taken what I want from it all (definately no shoes tho!) and it has/is making a difference.

Well said feetheart - I did not intend to knock the ladies on the Fly thread. I am genuinely impressed by the amount you get done. Maybe one day ...

i see the logic,

if i get dressed before downstairs i do tend to feel better and get more done

Babysteps are all about establishing routines and methods for keeping on top of it all, rather than my favourite technique of hiding from it all for weeks hoping it will go away then having to spend 3 hours solid clearing as MIl is coming to visit .

Basicly you work up to a weekly routine that gets it all done and Kelly's missions give you something really exciting to do to .
