Do you use Viakal on your draining board ever day?

And if not, how do you keep it shiny?

I use a dishwasher so handwash very little and yet the draining board always seems to be water stained.

I use it on mine every Tuesday (kitchen cleaning day) during the week I use a microfibre cloth to buff. It stays quite shiny. I don't really use the draining board.

Do you dry your draining board?

I don't - IMHO life's too short. But if I did, it would have fewer water marks.
