Help I can't get my new wood burner up to temperature

It just keeps dropping out.....what am I doing wrong - it lasts for a few hours then dies - there is plenty of wood - plenty of air - why does it go out???

did you put it on for the first time today? The chimney can take a while to heat up - our stove is a b*gger to get started after a week of no fires.

No old one was on Wed
Nothing Thurs
Now this one keeps going out Fri, Sat & today

It is supposed to be kept in all the time for the central heating (also new)

But it just keeps dying

I am wondering about buying some coal to see if that helps
