Broken the hoover...

Obviously got a bit over-enthusiatic while vacuum packing away the winter duvets in those bags. Bother. I think it overheated.

Is it worth waiting until it cools down and changing the fuse in the plug, or is this going to be a hopeless case?

If it has just overheated it will be ok in a while, what brand? My Vax sometimes overheats, fine a couple of hours later. Just leave it a while and see

Thanks yes it was indeed perfectly fine once it had cooled. It's a Miele so presumably fairly sturdily made. Will have to be a little less enthusiastic with the vacuum bedding bags in future!
