Vinegarette + white shirt = HELP

All in the title really I'm out in my gorgeous new white shirt and bloody vinegarette splashed on it. I can't rectify for a couple hrs.

HELP! Please can anyone tell me how to treat it when I get home?

A bit of washing up liquid and water rubbed into the stain and then wash as usual
