Well I have had a lovely lie in and dh has put the voiles back up...so just got to Hoover and dust upstairs today.

If the weather holds out I will take the kids for a walk too...try and tire them out a bit!!!!

I am going OUT as I stayed in a lot yesterday adn was really down inthe evening, sure it is because I was in all day.

I love the way FLYING has taught me habits - DW and WM and the sink are all done almost without thinking. I am going to get down to it again on Monday. Is so nice having a clear hall and tidy fridge and it didn't take very long at all!

We are going to brave IKEA today as there are loads of bits we need and I have been making do with a blunt cheese grater and only four bowls for too long now. DH always irritates me a bit by pointing at large random bits of furnitutre that we cannot accomodate adn says 'how about that' tres irritating!

I am still going to tidy round downstairs. I don't know if this tip is from FLY or somewhere else but I have a plastic box in each room downstairs and I put stuff in there that doesn't have a home or needs to go upstairs but I don't have tiome to put away - makes tidying eaiser but it does need empting sooner ratehr than later!

Dimpled...IKEA on a Sunday...are you crazy? I know you need stuff but Sunday at IKEA is a circle of hell that Dante ommitted from his book. I live about 2 miles from one and I pulled the bottom off our sagging drawers and rebuilt them rather than go. You are a far braver lady than I.

Today's flying so far

Tidied bedroom

DS got up at 4:20 am and refused to go back to bed. Then he brings security toys in, turns my bedside light on. invades my bit of the bed and watches Boomerang...I've been awake for nearly 6 hrs so flying will be limited today (wings clipped?) DH manages to sleep through this invasion (how?)

Morning all. Hellish nigth as DD was up from 7pm until 12.30am. EEk. But she then slept until 7.30 am with just a 20 min feed in the middle. DH also let me lie in until 9.00 (hurrah) and he has taken DD to softplay area so I am here on my own with a sleeping baby

I've rested a bit but also done the d/w, w/m, put all dry clothes away, cleaned kitchen (2 days worth of debris ).

And now I am on here to complete my rest

glitter washing powder works and so does bleach so use whatever you have most of

Made breakfast including juice for 6 children
Washing up done
Washing one load done
Two hotspots cleared done
Hoovering downstairs done but needs doing again
Putting away clothes done
Photos sorting

Youngest Dd now clearing her room into two piles.

Am going to go on a bike ride I think with the kids new bikes today as it is still nice here for once. May get some more flying done too though.

Doesn't sunny weather make you feel much more positive about everything!!!!

Yes satin particularly at this time of year. It reminds me of the feeling of shiny sinks and clean sparkly windows too

Ive tidied front room and done exercise DVD again!! DD's got in the way a little but it was ok. Then had a hot bath invaded by 2 naked girls.lol! No peace!!

Better scrape together something for lunch!

HN will be thinking of you Monday too. My meeting starts at 9.30! You are lucky to have later start!! Hope yours goes ok. Don't think mine will be too bad.

Well we have all been out for a walk, had lunch and now I need to get on and tidy up, hoover, and sort the kids stuff out for tomorrow.

Afternoon All!

Sorry, I haven't been around for a bit. Work and uni kind of took over and my morning internet time has been taken up with coursework before work !

Still, this morning I was up bright and early and wrote a list of things to do:

Wash up, dry up and put away done
Clean and shine sink done
Clean kitchen surfaces done
Sort out washin still doing
Sort out uni stuff, file and put away done
Clear computer desk almost done
Clear front room shelves done
Put away toys (DD has gone out with DH done
Clean off windowsills done
Sort out clothes for ironing ongoing
Clear off sofa, hang coats up etc done
Clean bathroom
Hallway, door frames and skirting boards
Bedrooms

So all in all, not a bad start. Plus I've quickly dived to Tesco to get some Calgon so I can carry on with the washing. There always seems to be loads at the weekend! Oh and I've done 4 loads of washing too and am now just contemplating whether or not to hang it outside (not sure it will dry even though it is sunny, it's bloody freezing!)

Haven't read the rest of the thread, far too busy flying around my house, but am hoping to catch up on all the news a bit later when the last few bits are done. Hope everyone is ok and doing well!

Well, since my last post, I have managed to get 4 loads of washing out on the line (just waiting for the inevitable rain now ), unblocked my bathroom sink (that Mr Muscle stuff is fab!) and got load of washing number 5 on the go. Just going to do the bathroom now . I really hate that job...

Ive put TD on and load in WM.
UnLoaded DW and re-loaded but have run out of DW tabs so can't put it on. Ran out of washing up liq too so can't hand wash it!!

DD's outside playing so im having a glass of water and 2 fairy cakes. Undoing the hard work ive done exercising!!

I've had a really lovely afternoon playing with DD1 as DD2 has been sleeping. Its been lovely as we've not had much time together having fun lately.

Need to empty d/w and reload and then do na general tidy. Glad next week is bathroom week as I'm getting the bathroom floor done on Friday and really need to give it a good clean before anyone comes in

DD1 has a cold.Started last night.She was ok earlier.now all bunged and runny nose!

Hello all!

My cold is worse than it was. Now if I sniff or bend down, I get a shooting pain into my head lasting half a minute or more. It hurts to read too so I won't be on here for long.

I've done several loads of washing and I'll need to grab it in shortly before it rains again. The kitchen is better than it was but we might have pancakes for tea if dh is in the mood for pancake making, so it'll get messed up again.

I need to get everyone to find what they need to wear tomorrow - out of the ironing pile if necessary - and then I'm going to iron the bare minimum.

luda We don't have msn on our PC as we had it once and it was a disaster. I can't have it as I've forbidden dd to have it.

Off to do something nice and easy. See you tomorrow!

I'm getting MSN horribly mixed up with CAT!!!!! Its my non technical mind confusing me...and my extremely poor memory is not helping!!!! I could have sworn we were talking about MSN the other day!!! Never mind I'll keep taking the tablets!!!!!

My poor DD1 has gone to sleep on the floor. She keeps coughing now. Not sure how i feel about leaving her with CM tomorrow when she's poorly.

She's awake and eating some tea now but says tummy hurts.I'm hoping its just from coughing.

Ivor Poor you {{{{{{Ivor}}}}}} I hope you are feeling better soon. Its probably your sinuses that are making your head hurt. When my get bunged up the same sort of thing happens to me. My GP gave me some sea water nasal spray to try and that seems to works ok for me. Its like it cleans your nose, it does say that it good for all nasal/sinus problems and can even be used with babies. I use it 2 times aday but it can be used as much as you like. I have only been using it a about 6 weeks now, but it does seem to do the trick. Its great after you have been in a dusty place or doing a dusty job at home. Really cleans your nose and takes away the sneezing feeling.

Thanks luda, tort, satinshoes about the meeting tomorrow. I don't really wanna go. Hope your goes ok aswell tort yes it is a shame its not in the same place. Dunno about having a later one though. They say 2 hours for the meeting and I have known them go on for that 2 hours aswell, it means in might not finish until 2pm and then I have to get back to get the boys from school. HNtree does not know what is best for her to do, go to the meeting with me, or stay at home with DD and then get the boys from school. I think it s best if she stays at home. Least I know DD will be ok and the boys will get back from school ok.

I have been keeping myself busy today. I have done all the beds, ironing and even put all the clothes away .
I am out of DW tabs aswell tort, I might get some tomorrow. I don't like washing up
This afternoon we have been baking, cakes cookies and some apple pies.
DC all bathed and we had a cooked breakie for tea tonight, so they most likely smell of a cooked breakie now. lol

Lazylou I think you need a new nick name, you have done very well today Nothing lazy about you

nothing else has been done but we've had some good family time. Took the kids for a bike ride which was fun - it's been great weather - cold, but really sunny and bright.
