Why did I buy cream leather chairs?

I'm not sure why I bought cream leather chairs!! Biggest mistake!
Anyway someone must have sat on it with blue jeans and some of the dye has transferred and the leather has a slight blue tint. I've tried a damp microfibre cloth and baby wipes, improved a little bit the tint is still there :(
Advice on getting it out and is there a protector or something to stop stains etc in future?

Cif cream cleaner worked well on our cream leather sofa when a child drew on it with a pen. It also got out similar jean dye stains that I'd given up on.

Best of luck. I ended up binning some I was given - they were nicely light but they ended up just plain grubby and nothing would make them look halfway decent.
