Bedroom furniture for tots... recommendations?

Hi! We are currently looking for furniture for a 1 year old, currently we are making do with one of those plastic tub shelving rack thingys from wilkos, and some toy boxes!

Am quite tempted by those coloured tubs that fit onto a wooden frame (IKEA, Argos etc) but would we be better off with normal grown-up furniture? WHat do you have and what will we need or regret! Thanks!

we have the Ikea ones and think they're great. I am assuming they could grow up with the children i.e. at the moment they are full of toy cars and animals but would think that they would be good for lego, pens and pencils etc - anything really.

Currently DS2 (22 mths) has a normal size chest of drawers and bookcase in his room. And a kiddy canvas wardrobe which his DS1 (6)_had before.

When DS2 came along we did up DS1's room with a full size wardrobe, bed etc.

I was looking at the Vertbaudet catalogue earlier and they have some gorgeous kiddie furniture though!!!!
