Cleaning Oven in Dishwasher!

I was wondering if I could put my oven shelves & the glass from the door into the dishwasher to wash??
Would it work??
Would they come up clean??
Do you think the glass would break??
Any one tried it & if so, how did you get on??

I've put oven shelves in before now when they'd got greasy and they came out fine. Don't know about the rest. But I think the doors must be toughened glass.

TBH I get a man in to clean my oven, key under mat, £60 and it's all done while I'm at work.

I use Oven Pride over night then shove the shelves in the dishwasher the next day. My mum puts her glass in the dishwasher too but mine won't fit . It always comes up beautifully

I find oven pride better than the dishwasher, stick it all in the bag pour the stuff in and leave it overnight, the shelves always come out shiny
