How to clean bathroom tiles with fixed shower head

We've just moved into a house with a fixed shower head. I've always bleached my bathroom and tiles and then used the shower head to wash off the bleach after it has been scrubbed.

How do you clean the tiles and shower if the shower head is fixed??

I use a big plastic measuring jug to rinse the walls off.

Are you able to plug one of those shampoo hoses to the basin & direct it in the shower to rinse off the walls?

Bucket of water and cloth. You don't need to use bleach in a bath/shower. Spray with bathroom cleaner, scrub with cloth then rinse.

I tend to wipe the tiles down after every shower, we have to so that mold doesn't grow.
I use one of those window scraper things on tiles and shower glass screen. It only needs washing once in a blue moon then.
It also clears condensation, so just do this, open window for a few hours and hey presto clean and dry bathroom.
