No mission today but I'm assuming it will appear at a more decent hour.
I'm tired as ds has been up since 4 and not likely to go back to sleep now til school run time. May not get much FLYing done....

He went to sleep at 5.30.

Morning Jelley. Hope you're not too tired today. Will you get time for a rest? I hope so. My ds has been keeping me awake lately too - he wakes at 1.30am almost every night and wants to come in our bed, which would be fine but he won't go back to sleep - he fidgets for up to two hours. V annoying! And I'm not good without a decent night's sleep.
Feels very weird to be up so early but it's back to the old routine for us today with school and pre-school. I have to work this morning so can't even enjoy some peace with both kids out of the house!
Can't imagine much will get done today but I should -
finish packed lunches (going to do now)
iron (pile is HUGE)
put away ironing worst job
hoover pine needles
hoover upstairs (didn't do it yesterday)
need some bits from the shops

Morning Jelley! You must be worn out by now, being up since 4 ! Glad DS settled down for a bit for you though!

The plan for this evening is to do the hotspots in the hallway and then a general tidy round in the living room. Since I've been back to work, nothing has been done in there and it is looking a bit of a tip, particularly the dreaded hotspots.

And I must do the laundry, didn't manage to get any done yesterday so will havet to sort it out today. Might do that now whilst DD is still in bed, then at least it is one less thing to worry about later!

Have got loads of ironing to do too, but reckon that will have to wait until the weekend. Luckily I've got no coursework that needs to be done so will have to get going on that .

In case I don't see you all again, have a good day and I'll join in the chat again later. Getting slightly addicted to these fly threads...

Morning everyone. PLan for today is to carry on with dining room hotspots, continue paper work and finance stuff, 15 minutes on kids bedrooms and go to work again. Back to the lunch boxes! Have a good day everyone.

My darling d starts school today. I have loads of jobs to do round the house (I would win a 'whose house looks most like it's been burglered' comp hands down!) but decided today will not do a list and focus on her (and me!)

I may end up doing loads as will be on my own, conversely may end up drinking gin and tonic in front of daytime telly and crying! No seriously am going into town and lookingup some courses in the library.

So no list for me today - good luck with all yours, see you later!

Everybody is off to work! I really don't know how you do it! I don't think I'd manage! Well have a good day all...

Dimpled dd First day!!!!!!! Brilliant! Is she looking forward to it?
You won't have time to miss her too much...believe me the day whizzes by...as soon as you get the chance to sit and dwell..its almost time to go get them!
I fancy a few hours in a library! Imagine the quiet!...and the chance to sit down without being sat on appeals!!!

My two don't go back until 9th....

The plan today...

Baths for everyone first
Tidy
Hoover

As I am still stuck here without a car...we might spend the afternoon making biscuits or something....

Morning all. Another crap night's sleep so DH is having a lie in and going to work later.

I've done the kitchen & D/W. Have a load of washing to put on and then plan to clear up the dining room. That's it for today though. Thankfully DD2's swimming was cancelled today as not sure I'd have the energy for that...

Hope you're all ok.

Plan today is to tackle the bathrooms.
look at my paper work
start work on my list of work related jobs and admin.

Also take kids out to get them ready for school.

~ post thank you notes
~ put stuff into the diary and PC calendar

Remove spruce tree from house and tidy done
take down and store decs done
Re organise front room done

Think I've done my bit for today just clean laundry to put away.

I moaned yesterday that everything needed doing again but because I'd blitzed the place on 1/1 it was easy to maintain it, so whinge over

Well I have dusted.....but also been MNetting...
Two of my children have gone to play at a friends....so I won't be making biscuits with them...but I might make something nice anyway...chocolate cake maybe...

I have a huge pile of clothes to put away...
I also have lots of washing to do...its not helping that my 17 month dd keeps turning the tumble dryer off!

Hi everyone

I've achieved nothing today but the basics. Got both kids off to school/pre-school and did a mornings work. Then collected ds and had lunch and a play with him before going to pick up dd and taking the long walk home (a nice bright day here, very windy though, but good for a walk if well wrapped up). Then have read with dd and am now running them an early bath before supper. Have no ideas as to what to serve for supper but hope to be inspired once the time comes....

Hiya all. Hope everyone are ok. I will read back in a mo.

I tried to post and read last night but kept on losing the line. If it was not for next door we would still have a problem. But her phone line was not working so she called about that and when they came to fix it, they found damage to the phone lines. Fingers crossed it all fixed now.
I have not done much apart from everyday cleaning. Been feeling really achy and my joints have been hurting more than normal

HNtree got back from her hols at 4:30am 5 and a half hrs late. She had a great time but really missed Xmas at home.
She said I cant have my Xmas pressie yet as its not finished. So I still have to wait for it. BTH with the words "its not finished yet" make me wonder even more what it could be.

DSs have been to school and walking to get them in the afternoons has been good as it has got me out of the house. I had problems getting DS1 to go back, I had all the "I don't have any friends" "I don't like" "the teachers pick on me" (all the things he hates to do) But DS2 could not wait to go back and even DD (2) wanted to go to school.

I forgot what it was like with DSs at school Back to washing clothes for school. DS2 seems to find every bit of mud that is going and gets it on him I think. I have had to wash his school coat 2 times now. He is not the only covered in mud at school when I get him. I feel sorry for the cleaners. If the kids are covered in mud, then what is it like inside the school I think they might be in need of FLYlady.

Hi Everybody, haven't read yesterday or todays thread. Just to let you know no flying yesterday or today. I have tonsilited plus flu type thing, feeling much better this evening. Ellie has ear infection! Both given anitbiotics yesterday afternoon by the Dr. Bolier on blink leaking yesterday morning. BGas came out today to advise that it knacked they can replace parts on 12th!
On an up note we found what appears to be the start of her first tooth tonight.(want to share that with you all)
Hope everybody is ok I am off to watch ER.x.x.
