Turning sofa cushions - ektorp

I love our ikea ektorp sofa, good price, super comfy.

But the cushions for the seat part are bugging me - should I be turning them/ flipping them over? They are padded differently on the two sides so it feels weird to flip them over.

What do you do with yours?

We have an Ektorp, and although I do flip the cushions sometimes, they definitely look wrong like that. So I flip them back.

I flip them over and swap sides so they wear evenly, every couple of weeks. I also sometimes take the seat cushions out of the covers and turn them round (so the back is at the front, if that makes sense???). I think it's a very comfy sofa but it does need regular plumping or it looks a mess.

Think our instructions said do not flip,as you said they are padded differently on each side. I do rotate through 180 degrees though every so often though.
