I've sacked my cleaner (long story) and have now remembered why I hired her in the first place. I hate hoovering. Henry is great for hard floors downstairs but a bloody nightmare for the beautiful thick pile carpets (that dp warned me off buying for this exact reason). To cut a long story short I need to invest in an easy to use Hoover that loves carpets and is easy to carry up and down stairs. Any recommendations please ladies?
