How to clean shower door

Hi,

I have just moved out and my new home has a folding glass/metal door on the shower.

The glass bits are all marked with water / soap marks. I have tried Mr Muscle and Windowlene to get this off but I am having no luck. Any homemade remedies or products that will work?

Thanks,

White vinegar will do the trick, the ordinary stuff not white wine vinegar.

Your bathroom will smell like a fish'n'chip shop, but the water marks will be gone Smile

Viakal limescale spray will work. And then get a rubber shower squeegee to dry the doors after each use to stop it happening again.

Get a lemon and some bicarbonate of soda or salt. Cut lemon in half and sprinkle salt/bicarb on open side of lemon then rub all over the glass screen. Let it sit on for half an hour then get some bathroom cleaner or even washing up liquid will work and make it foamy on a cloth then rub all over and rinse straight off. To keep screen streak free dry the screen off and then spray a product called rain X onto it (purchased in the car supplies section of supermarket) and buff off with dry cloth. Everytime you shower, rinse off doors with shower head after and spray with shower shine and leave to dry.
