Anyone else having problems with their GTech Multi ?
Mine does not pick anything up, despite going through all the recommended things like cleaning and changing filters.
Customer service have been so unhelpful and just told me to buy the new one.
I have spent £150 on something useless! My stairs look awful as it's not fit more purpose, had to buy a new vacuum as I can't bear the look of my stairs and along the skirting boards anymore !!
Very disappointed!
