Recommendations for shower cleaning equipment please

I'm fed up with having to half undress to get in the shower cubicle to scrub it. Does anyone know of a good scrubby-type thing on a pole that I could use instead? Pref looking for one which has either a disposable end or one which will go in the washing machine after. Thank you.

I clean it while getting showered!

not able to do that anymore as my skin reacts with the detergent, same with the apply and leave sprays. Thanks for replying anyway
