It's a fridge freezer that doesn't need to defrost but it keeps leaking on the floor? Anyone know of I can stop this happening??

Does the fridge bit have a little channel at the inside at the back? It can get blocked and water can overflow. Try cleaning it out, there is normally a little plastic thing that sticks out the hole for cleaning it

As above, I had months of pooled water on floor until I discovered the hole

I have ice on the bottom of my freezer and a little pool of water too. I can't see any channel in the fridge but does anyone know if l can use a hairdryer to defrost the ice in the freezer? I have it in my mind that this is where the pool of water is coming from?
