Induction hob and bakestones

Can you use a bakestone (for welsh cakes etc) on an induction hob ? Or better still is there a hob with a built in bakestone (smooth not corrugated) ?

If it is made of iron or steel it should be OK

And therein lies my problem. I don't know what it's made of. My great grandmother grandma bought it and I don't have the receipt...

Do you have a magnet? If it's magnetic it will work on an induction hob.
