When does everyone take dows xmas decorations???

Dh and I decided ours are coming down the 2nd jan, would usually be 12th night but hoping to go in and have baby on 5th so want to be sorted.

ours is going down tomorrow, sick of the sight of it all tbh

12th night but usually get bored with it a few days before so leave a small piece of tinsel up

Ours are coming down a day early, on the 4th, because the cleaners are coming and it seems a shame to have to hoover pine needles up twice.

Seeing as the decs only went up a week ago I'm not taking them down yet! I don't like seeing trees up in early December and then removed even before NY. Christmas imo is the period from the w/end before 25th Dec to 6th Jan. But this year we fly back to Africa on 5th Jan so will have to take tree down early.

Will take ours down on 2nd or 3rd.
Like to get it all down and up in the loft before kids go back to school on the 4th.

DH is just hoovering the living room, when he's finished there won't be a single trace of Xmas left in the house.

I will be taking my tree down tomorrow but the rest will come down after Monday.

I bit at a time next week. I have some much up it will take a few days to clean and pack them all and put them back in the loft.
