Keeping a white floor white

In my kitchen I have cream floor tiles with white grout.
I bleach weekly and vacuum/mop daily but the grout still gets grubby. (18mo food thrower doesn't help)
Please tell me how to keep it white. Or should I just be done with it and re grout it in grey or black.

I think you can seal grout?

But we went with grey grout with cream ceramic tiles for exactly this reason.

I have this problem in my bathroom. I tried specialist grout cleaners but it was a faff and very expensive.

What I discovered worked was putting thin bleach in my mopping water. It brought the grout up very well.

Really annoying. I had mine ten years and used to use a white grout pen and it is so tedious. In our new home I went for grey tiles and grout for this very reason

Astonish Mould & Mildew cleaner works better than bleach and is easier too. Found this out when I moved into a filthy property (last tenants had lived here 5yrs and they cannot have cleaned anything at all, not even once) where I thought they had used black grout - until we mopped with strong bleach water and it became clear it was just horrifically dirty. We tried doing a small area by soaking the grout in neat bleach and scrubbing but it was extremely hard work and still not perfect. Someone suggested the astonish mould and mildew remover, we sprayed it on another section, left 10 mins and wiped up with a damp cloth and it was back to white, with no scrubbing.

We are now going to use a grout pen that supposed to basically cover and seal the grout so that its no longer porus, whilst also "painting" it "ice white" (although you can get a grey or black version).

finally that's exactly what happened with us. When we bought our house I thought it was black grout! (The whole house was minging but that's a different story) I put neat bleach down and used a scrubbing brush and it came up ok but it's never been perfect.

Since my original post I have put grout whitener down, which basically seems like thin grout and it looks ok but a bit patchy and I think I'll end up mopping it off as it doesn't seem to have stuck very well to the existing grout.

Astonish sounds good I'll get some in.
