Cleaning fixed upholstery

Any recommendations for an easy to use product to clean the arms of my cream sofa? The cushion covers are removable and wash up a treat but the fixed fabric on the arms looks slightly grubby. Would like something that doesn't make it too wet.

Stardrops in cold or slightly warm water. Work up a lather and soak then squeeze out a cloth. Clean the upholstery using a circular motion. It really does work. As you say, you don't want to get it too wet.

Thank you wow. Stardrops is a MN favourite, time to buy it!

Well it certainly won't break the bank. I used it (in desperation) on a sofa the cat was fond of sitting on. The sofa was very grubby as a result. Looked like new once I'd finished cleaning it and I was ashamed I hadn't done it sooner.
