Polystyrene tiles on the ceiling?

No really the right topic but......

I childmind in a conservatory, It's costing loads to heat

Could I use spray mount/glue to stick polystyrene tiles to the ceiling and do you think they would keep some of the heat in?

I'm not worried about light as there are loads of windows

Any thoughts?

Might do something... make sure you can get them back off though.

I personally don't like polystyrene tiles. They are a fire hazard. It might be worth looking at different means of heating the conservatory.

I hate them too

I have underfloor heating and it's really good

I thought the spray mount would make them removeable

The fire risk I don't think would be much more than the plastic roof anyway....that would melt in drips too

I had them in a house once(they were already there when i moved in)so i don't know how they were fixed on.....but they were impossible to get off, the tiles kept on crumbling and snapping, hard work and very messy! We replaced the ones we removed with new ones and gave up.
