Best way of cleaning big windows

I have huge windows/patio doors which really need cleaning. Haven't done them since summer as it takes an age and my arms feel like they are going to fall off.....

Indoors isn't so bad as I just use a squirt of sthg and a micro cloth. Still streaky though especially the the top (difficult to reach). The outside is a huge job.

Wondered about a Karcher window cleaner but the reviews are mixed.

Any good ideas?? A window cleaner isn't an option at the moment

Well I have a window cleaner for outside - no way am I shinning up ladders ;)

But for insides I just use water. I find that whatever spray I use - it streaks.

Hot water, with a smidgen of Fairy - then squeejee off the excess and buff, buff, buff dry with non fluffy teatowels.
