Does anybody have one? Those boiling water in an instant thingies.
How much are they (ballpark) please ?
Are they wirth it?

Yes. Ours was about -£1200 or so I think but they do come cheaper. Absolutely worth it and I wouldn't be without it. Depends what you are doing though - I wouldn't fit one to an existing kitchen but if you are installing a new mid- to high-end kitchen it has become an essential.

Mine is an instant hot water tap, not boiling, around 98 degrees.

I absolutely love it. Had it 2 1/2 years. This is mine, an Insinkerator tap and £715 but at the time I bought it they were a mere £350.

I have had a replacement tank fitted under warranty. But I am home all day so use it a lot.
