Tortoise - for your pop-pop. Hope he is ok. I can imagine how hard it must be when you need to be with your family, but can't.

Sick dd here(up since 4)so not likel to get much done.

Hand deliver cards
As much washing as I can do (she was sick in her bed)
Hoover
Swish and swipe
Mop kitchen
Go to bank
Go food shopping
Tidy dining room

Thats a nice thought EHM but my auntie (his Daughter,my Dads Sister!) lives very near to him and will be with him now. Its only my Mum,Dad and Brother that live in Turkey.

Right i really am off to put the washing away! Has to be my most hated job.

I've done almost all of my list, baby and dd2 are awake, and dd1 is being collected by a friend.

Toilet Done & Kitchen Done. DD awake sitting on my knee. I'll do ironing tonight. Thank You cards posted when we went out for walk.

Well it has taken me and hour to do but DD's clothes are now sorted and put away.
DS's to do next! And a small pile of mine. Thought i deserved a rest!

Well done Tort you do deserve a wee break(sorry no) Glad they will repair windows & you got the clothes put away. Also a great feeling when you completed a job thats dreaded.

Windows are being measured and made safe tomorrow(Arrrggghhhh he will have to come through the house and go upstairs!). But they have to order the glass in so will be after xmas i should think. Its only the inner layer so not letting excess drafts in!

Tea cooking for DD's. No idea what i'm going to have yet!

Oooops i still haven't put the boys clothes away.
I will do it in a minute when i put DD's to bed!

Hello all. I've been working today but did have a good tidy up before leaving for work this morning. Now I'm going to clear the kitchen table and carry on with my cards. See you tomorrow.

i need to get some stuff done before bed. hope posting it on here will get me the urge to do it.

• empty and fill dishwasher
• tidy coffee table
• put clothes away
• put on a load of washing
• do 15 minutes decluttering in bedroom

wow! this list making really does help - I dodn't believe it until I tried anyway.

All washing done and away - hooray (tort is also my most hated of jobs)
Kitchen done
Clothes not done but got delayed in town
Dishwasher done
Bathroom semi done

Hooray!

Am going to make mince pies and wrap this evening - but Ilike doing those so not jobs!

Tort - glad your window thing looks like being sorted, I find jobs like that really annoying to get sorted out. Hope it is done before christmas.

Ruby - I so know what you mean - the number of tasks I have set out involving children envisioning some kind of minimalist wonderfulness only to end up with things scribbled on and covered in drawings of bum and poo. Today we were in cake shop and I said they could choose one dec each for the cake - I had to divert from garish santas and snowmen but still gave them a bit of free reign (but not as controlled as you) and we have hooly and candles.

Have a good evening - see you tomorrow. If I have an energy burst I will do my clothes tonight - otherwise will slip out to the pub to join some friends.

Really need to tidy front room and kitchen incase window bloke comes early to measure up! It won't matter if they don't get done before xmas.DD's one broke at least a month ago!

I have not read back over today posts so I hope everyone have had a good day and are feeling well. {{{{HUGS}}}}} to those who are not.

I think I have over done things the last two days. I fell asleep not long after putting DC to bed.

I have been out shopping all day today, I have got most things now, just need to get the last minute foods bits. Hope to do that Friday.

I going to go to bed in a mo. Feeling very tired so I will see you all tomorrow. Least its the last morning of having to get up tomorrow morning.
