Tablecloths marked by Christmas candles - how to clean?

I've tried using a hot iron and kitchen roll, but after washing I'm still left with greasy spots. I love this tablecloth . Is there anything else I can do to get it back to it's beautiful self?

There is a stain remover you can get from Tesco specifically made for removing oil and grease. Might work?
