Sebo X4 vs Felix. Which should I buy?

Thinking of upgrading my vacuum cleaner. I am keen on the Sebo X4 though my husband thinks I should get the Felix. Does anyone have any advice for me? Thanks in advance.

What sort of tasks is it likely to face? ie what sort of household do you have?

I have the Felix and it is good, though can be unstable at times.

Have had both. The X4 is bulky and much heavier than Felix but has the self levelling feature so you can switch between hard floors and carpets without faffing about changing heads/heights etc.

Shape of the Felx makes it easy to hoover up to edges & under sofas/beds. But have had a recurrent problem with the electrical cord on our Felix coming loose and detaching from the main Hoover body. Has been repaired several times & needs doing again now but I've got bored of forking out for repairs & bought a Miele instead.

Thanks for advice so far. We have mixture wooden floors, carpets and tiles in kitchen/utility. Quite steep stairs - have read that X4 would be real struggle with the stairs? Is the felix better?

If you have a mixture of floor types, get the Felix.

The Felix is much better on hard floors because you can switch off the brushroll so it won't scratch the floor or damage the cleaner.

Only downside with the Felix is that it doesn't come with the extension hose so you might have to buy that seperately.
