Anyone got a new 2015 Neff oven with the touch controls?

Please tell me the touch controls are ok as ive just had an oven delivered.....waiting for it to be fitted. Just found a long rant online about how awful the controls are to use and lots of people saying they stop working and you have to get a software engineer out to your house with a computer to sort it.

Dh is going to kill me if the oven is shit.

Ive watched a YouTube video and the controls look ok but some reviewers are saying that that as you slide along the options it goes spinning rough the menu at a million miles an hour and you whizz past what you wanted.

Dh can't even work an iPad and gets pissed off with tapping and swiping.
