We had a power failure and as a result our frig freezer is not working. There is power to it but it is not cooling or freezing so all food is defrosting and the display panel is blank.
Does anyone know of a reset switch or fuse that I can replace. The engineer at Samsung said it was probably a circuit board blown up and we are looking at £180 to replace plus £80 call out plus labour. I cant believe a power failure would cause this, would it? Please please help.
