soak in asprin then tumble dry

i dont have aspirin

Shake it a lot.
Swear a lot.
Have a little cry.
Rewash it (clear out drum of machine first)
Hoover the floors
Dry it
Hoover again
Wrap some sticky tape round your hand and go over the clothes.

Oh yes & you'll need to hoover again as you'll have walked it all through your house.
