What was your xp1 on? Why could he not say that on the phone? Or was it that he did not what his mum to hear? lol
You should send her a letter thanking her for Christmas day with your DSs, then if he has told her different, (ie the court said he had to let you have them until 3pm) it will drop him right in it and teach him not to lie!!
When I first read that he did not want to tell you, I thought he was going to get his solicitor to tell you to "piss off", "No way". etc
Your xp1 is really hard to work out, he does things that are so weird.
Poor Ds2, I hope he feels better for tomorrow. My DSs play is on Wednesday, I am looking forward to seeing it.
Its the school`s Christmas fair tomorrow and seeing Santa. DSs will get a pressie (no cost to me as the school fund raise all year to buy pressies for the DC. The teachers give the buyers some ideas on what to get each child. Its from books, coloring, puzzles etc, all what that child likes/takes an interest in. So they do get good pressies. I have got DD something to go in the sack too which is another good thing the school does at Christmas, the younger ones don't miss out then.
I forgot to say that DSs done their Christmas cards for school friends today. (we done them before baking cakes)I put the names in and they put their names on them. Though they did try and do it all their selves, but DS1 got moody and DS2 could not fit the name on the card as his letter were a bit on the BIG size, though his name was an ok size. lol.
DD was going her cards too, (old cards from last year)and she was having great fun.
I going to bed soon as I did not have the greatest on nights last night.

Tortoise, hope tomorrow goes ok and that xp1 does not change his mind before tomorrow. I will be thinking of you and fingers will be crossed that it all goes well.
