I used to quite like ironing but after DC2 we all went in more for the crumpled look 
My old, good, steam iron broke. New one was cheap and it's just not doing what it should do with ease. The replacement ironing board cover isn't padded enough. Result is that ironing seems far too much effort and not satisfying.
So new iron and new ironing board - but which? I want a steam one and our water is very hard - but I'm not going to faff water - so needs to be easily descaled.
Suggestions please tia
