Where is the best place to get some lovely thick bath towels? I've always gone to M&S in the past, and was wondering if there's somewhere better?

It depends on how much money you have to spend. The White Company have really lovely towels but TKMax have good quality ones as well that are much cheaper.
John Lewis stock lovely ones as well.

BHS do some which are endorsed by Good Housekeeping. They are very good and usually get discounted at sale times.

I second the Bhs towels I think they're the "ultimate" range of there's. They have so many colours and they are super soft and fluffy and just get better with age. They wash lovely.

OK. Thanks everyone. Will definitely look at the BHS ones, although I had a bad experience with BHS towels a very long time ago - I guess they may have changed.

Tesco specially selected, fancy range are lovely thick towels. We replaced all our towels 4 years ago when we had the new bathroom put in and they look as good as new. I would definitely recommend them.

Wow Emily, you must really love John Mercer towels to be posting on different zombie threads about them. It's almost as if you work for them.....

I was bamboozled by the BHS recommendations. That ship has sailed. She's probably got her towels by now Emily.
