Oily ring on limestone floor

Some idiot put their bath oil on the floor whilst cleaning.

I've tried Ciff & a bathroom wipe, dare I try Barkeepers Friend or is there a magical solution?

limestone is very absorbent

I suppose you could try wiping it with a non-greasy solvent such as white spirit.

Or put a pile of bicarb/talc on it over night then sweep up
